IRISH online Building Society has secured a million summary judgment order against Aifca, A company wholesale jerseys
manged by property developer Liam Carroll, Over in arrears loans.
Mr Justice Peter Kelly granted the judgment order against Aifca www.harrisonthornhill.com
and adjourned to July 29 the society’s loan for a summary judgment order against Mr Carroll personally, as a result of a September 2006 guarantee by him and others over the loans to Aifca.
